CLEAR2O® 90-Day Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage
Applica Water Products, LLC. warrants CLEAR2O products against defects in materials or workmanship for a limited period of 90 days from the original date of consumer purchase or receipt as a gift. This warranty applies only when the product is used in strict accordance with the instructions provided in the owner's manual and/or packaging.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, CLEAR2O will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge. This warranty provides specific legal rights, which may vary by state or province.

Return & Refund Policy

  • 90-Day Window: Returns and refunds will not be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase. No exceptions.
  • Inspection Requirement: Buyers must inspect and test their CLEAR2O product within 7 days of delivery to ensure prompt reporting of any issues.
  • RMA Requirement: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which must be requested by contacting support@clear2o.com.
  • Original Buyer & Payment Method: The return must be initiated by the original buyer using the same email and shipping address provided at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Responsibility:
    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for tracking and ensuring the safe delivery of the returned package.
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included parts and manuals.
  • Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund (if applicable) will be processed. It may take up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect on the customer’s credit or bank card.

Important Notice

  • All return claims require the physical return of the product for evaluation with an approved RMA #.
  • CLEAR2O reserves the sole right to determine eligibility for warranty claims, returns, exchanges, damage assessments, final sales, and refunds.

Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers may not be covered under our warranty, satisfaction guarantee, or customer support services. Because these transactions are conducted independently, Applica Water Products cannot verify the authenticity, quality, or condition (used or new) of products purchased from unapproved sources and therefore cannot provide assistance, replacements, or refunds for such purchases.
