Sales Tax

Applica WaterProducts, LLC. is required by law to collect sales tax in thestates in which we have office locations. They are as follows; Arkansas,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts,Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin.Any applicable tax on your order is automatically calculated at checkouttime.

Safety - Applica Water Products, LLC uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)technology to ensure your safety. It encrypts your personal information,including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as theinformation travels over the internet.

Credit Card Liability

Shipping

Most shipments will be delivered to our customers living in the continentalUS within seven days or less and to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii within 14days or less upon receipt of order.

Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot ship to Post Office (PO) boxes atthis time.

International Shipping

We have partnered with Bongo International to fulfill our international orders. If shipping to a US address, do not use this option. Bongo provides our international visitors with their own permanent US forwarding address for only 5.00 USD. Once you have completed your order, we will ship your items to Bongo's global distribution center for export to your country.

Returns

You can return any product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days ofpurchase if you are not completely satisfied. All items must be returned intheir original condition, with the original packaging, manuals andaccessories.

Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the itemwas damaged in delivery or shipped in error.

Warranties

Applica Water Products, LLC warrants the Clear2O� water filtration pitcherand replacement filters against defects that are due to faulty material orworkmanship for a ninety day period after the original date of consumer purchaseor receipt as a gift. This warranty does not include damage to the productresulting from accident or misuse. If the product should become defective withinthe warranty period, we will repair it or elect to replace it free of charge.This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary from state to state orprovince to province.
