CLEAR2O® RV & Marine Inline Water Filter – CRV2006

What sets the CRV2006 apart from other inline RV filters?
The CRV2006 filters at the one-micron level using a proprietary solid carbon block formula. Longer water contact time with the carbon means superior contaminant reduction. Many competing products use granular carbon at 20–100 microns, allowing water to pass through quickly with minimal filtration.

Will the CRV2006 eliminate sulfur or rotten-egg smell?
Yes. The CRV2006 eliminates hydrogen sulfide odors (the cause of rotten-egg smell) and improves the taste of sulfur-affected water.

How do I install the CRV2006?
Install it on the outside spigot at the water source or where the hose connects to your RV. Use a hose protector for a secure connection. Always flush the spigot before attaching the filter.

Will the CRV2006 clear up cloudy water?
Yes. The CRV2006 reduces turbidity and will remove cloudiness from your water.

Should I use an inline filter or a canister system for my RV?
Both provide excellent water quality. For new campers, we recommend starting with the CRV2006 Inline Water Filter paired with the DirtGUARD™ Pre-Filter (CPF1000) for convenient two-stage filtration. As your needs grow, a canister system offers higher flow rates and longer filter life.

What is the flow rate of the CRV2006?
The CRV2006 delivers a flow rate of 3.5 gallons per minute (GPM) at 50 psi.

When should I replace the CRV2006 filter?
Replace the filter when water flow slows noticeably or stops. The slowdown indicates the filter has captured a significant volume of contaminants and has reached the end of its useful life. Replacement timing varies based on the water quality at your location.

CLEAR2O® RV & Marine Inline Water Filter – CRV1005

Why would I choose the 5-micron CRV1005 over the 1-micron CRV2006?
The CRV1005's 5-micron filtration delivers approximately 50% higher flow rate than the 1-micron CRV2006. It is the preferred choice for areas with high sediment levels in the water where maximum flow is a priority.

Does the CRV1005 remove bad taste and odor?
Yes. The solid carbon block effectively eliminates bad taste and odors.

Can the CRV1005 remove water spots or hard water deposits?
No. Carbon block filters do not treat hard water. Minerals that cause hard water pass straight through carbon filters. An ion exchange (water softening) system is required to address hardness. Clear2O® does not manufacture water softeners, but a softener sized for RV use may be a suitable solution.

CLEAR2O® DirtGUARD™ Sediment Pre-Filter – CPF1000

Why do I need the DirtGUARD™ Pre-Filter?
The CPF1000 adds a first stage of filtration in front of your inline water filter, blocking sediment and particulates before they reach the carbon filter. This extends the life of your carbon filter significantly and improves overall water quality.

What is the filtration level of the DirtGUARD™?
The CPF1000 uses a 10-micron polyethylene filter media with a high dirt-holding capacity.

Is the DirtGUARD™ reusable?
Yes. Rinse and lightly scrub the outside to remove loose sediment, then reinstall. Note: cleaning does not restore the filter's original color — discoloration is normal and does not affect performance.

Can I use the DirtGUARD™ with other inline water filters?
Yes. The CPF1000 is compatible with most standard inline water filters on the market.

How do I backwash the DirtGUARD™?
Attach the backwash adapter to the hose end, then connect it loosely to the outlet side of the DirtGUARD™. Turn on the water and run it for 3–5 minutes to flush loose debris. Attach only loosely to avoid difficulty in removal.

What orientation should I install the DirtGUARD in?
The CPF1000 can be installed either upright or on its side — both orientations work correctly.

Does the DirtGUARD™ need to be stored in a warm location during winter?
Yes. Both inline filters and the DirtGUARD must be protected from freezing. Dump all water from the filters before temperatures drop below freezing. Freezing creates micro-cracks in the filter structure, allowing larger particles to pass through and reducing filtration effectiveness.

Should I use a water pressure regulator with the DirtGUARD?
Yes. A pressure regulator is required at all times to prevent pressure spikes that could damage the filter or your RV's fittings. Always test campground water pressure before connecting, and monitor pressure during use.

Can the DirtGUARD be used ahead of a water softener?
Yes. Placing the CPF1000 before a water softener protects and increases the efficiency of the softener by preventing sediment from coating the resin. For the best results, we recommend a three-stage approach: (1) sediment pre-filter, (2) carbon block filter, and (3) a fine-micron polish filter.

CLEAR2O® DirtGUARD™ Total Filtration System – CTFS8000

What is the CTFS8000?
The CTFS8000 DirtGUARD™ Total Filtration System is Clear2O®'s first-ever inline canister system — combining the convenience of an inline filter with the dual-stage filtration power of a canister system. It is ideal for RVers, boaters, gardeners, and farmers seeking superior water quality in a compact, travel-friendly design.

How does the two-stage filtration work?
Stage 1 – 10-Micron Pre-Filter: The reusable DirtGUARD™ Sediment Pre-Filter (RDG201) blocks dirt, sand, silt, and rust particles before they reach the carbon stage.
Stage 2 – 5-Micron Solid Carbon Block: A replaceable carbon block filter (CTFC502, sold separately) reduces chlorine, harmful contaminants, and unpleasant tastes and odors for clean, great-tasting water.

Is the CTFS8000 easy to set up?
Yes. Simply connect it to your water source using standard RV water hose connections — no tools required. It is ready to use right out of the box.

What makes the CTFS8000 eco-friendly?
Unlike traditional inline filters that are discarded entirely, the CTFS8000 allows you to replace only the carbon filter cartridge. The washable, reusable pre-filter and durable outer housing stay in place, significantly reducing plastic waste and long-term cost.

What replacement filters does the CTFS8000 use?
The carbon replacement filter is the CTFC502 (sold separately, 2-pack). This filter uses a 5-micron solid carbon block specifically designed for the CTFS8000 — it is not compatible with other Clear2O® canister systems. The pre-filter uses the existing DirtGUARD™ Sediment Pre-Filter (RDG201), which is also compatible with the CPF1000.

Can the CTFS8000 be used for applications beyond RVing?
Yes. The CTFS8000 works well for boats, gardens, farming irrigation, and any outdoor application where filtered water is needed at the hose.

Should I use a water pressure regulator with the CTFS8000?
Yes. We recommend using a water pressure regulator to protect the system from pressure spikes, especially at campgrounds and marinas where water pressure can vary significantly.

Does the CTFS8000 need to be protected from freezing?
Yes. Drain the system completely before temperatures drop below freezing. Freezing water inside the housing can crack the filter media and reduce filtration performance.

CLEAR2O® RV Triple Universal Canister Water Filtration System – CTC300

What is the CTC300?
The CTC300 is Clear2O®'s premium three-canister water filtration system, designed for RV enthusiasts and homeowners who require the highest level of customizable water treatment. It accommodates three stages of filtration simultaneously, giving you the cleanest possible water on the road or at home.

What filter stages can I configure in the CTC300?
The CTC300 accepts standard 10" x 2.5" cartridges, which you choose based on your water conditions. Typical configurations include:
•    Stage 1: Sediment pre-Filter (CPP1002) – removes silt, sand, rust, and particulates
•    Stage 2: Solid Carbon Block Filter (CTO1102 or CPR1001) – reduces contaminants, chlorine, and odors
•    Stage 3: Premium Advanced Carbon Filter (CUF1252) – provides sub-micron polishing for the finest filtration

Note: Filters are sold separately, allowing you to customize your system for your specific water conditions.

What size filters does the CTC300 use?
All three canisters accept standard 10" x 2.5" diameter universal filter cartridges, giving you the flexibility to purchase replacement filters from any local hardware or home improvement store, not just from Clear2O®.

How are the canisters built?
The CTC300 uses heavy-duty, leak-proof buttress-style canisters engineered for high water flow and long-lasting durability. Solid brass fittings ensure reliability under repeated use. Each canister is equipped with glycerin-filled pressure gauges that monitor water pressure and filter status, operating reliably between -4°F and +140°F (-20°C and +60°C).

How is the CTC300 mounted or positioned?
The CTC300 includes a freestanding or wall-mountable powder-coated steel stand that is weather-resistant and can be placed on the ground or inside an RV storage compartment. It is compatible with standard RV water hoses for maximum convenience.

Does the CTC300 include a pressure relief valve?
Yes. A pressure relief valve and filter wrench are included for safe, hassle-free maintenance and operation.

Is the CTC300 available in Canada?
No. The CTC300 is currently available in the United States only.

How do I know when to replace my filters in the CTC300?
Monitor the built-in glycerin pressure gauges. A drop in output pressure relative to inlet pressure indicates the filter is becoming saturated and needs replacement. You should also replace filters if you notice a return of taste, odor, or cloudiness in your water.

Why Doesn't the CLEAR2O RV Canister Water Filtration System Include Replacement Filters?
We intentionally do not include replacement filters with the CLEAR2O RV Canister Water Filtration System because RV water conditions vary significantly from one campground and location to another.

Water quality can differ based on the source, region, and local treatment methods. Some RVers may primarily need sediment reduction for well water, while others may prefer filters designed to address chlorine taste and odor or other specific water concerns.

By offering the canister system separately, RV owners have the flexibility to choose the replacement filter cartridge that best fits their individual needs and travel destinations. This customizable approach allows users to tailor their water filtration setup based on the water conditions they encounter, rather than being limited to a one-size-fits-all solution.

The CLEAR2O RV Canister Water Filtration System is designed to provide versatility and convenience, giving RVers the freedom to select the filtration performance that works best for their unique camping and travel experiences.

CLEAR2O® RV Sediment Universal Replacement Pre-Filter – CPP1002

What does the CPP1002 do?
The CPP1002 is a universal 5-micron sediment pre-filter that acts as the first line of defense in a canister filtration system, capturing sand, silt, dirt, scale, rust, and other fine particles before they can reach your carbon filter or household appliances.

What is the filtration level and size?
The CPP1002 filters at 5 microns and fits standard 10" x 2.5" diameter canister housings, making it compatible with most canister filtration systems on the market.

What systems is the CPP1002 compatible with?
The CPP1002 is compatible with Clear2O® canister systems (CSC100, CDC200, CTC300) and virtually any standard 10" x 2.5" canister housing from other manufacturers.

Why should I use a sediment pre-filter?
Pairing the CPP1002 with a carbon block filter gives you a comprehensive two-stage filtration approach. The pre-filter captures particulates that would otherwise clog and shorten the life of your carbon filter, protecting both your filtration system and household appliances from damage caused by sediment buildup.

Is the CPP1002 reusable?
No. Unlike the DirtGUARD™ (CPF1000), the CPP1002 is a disposable polypropylene cartridge. Replace it when flow rate drops noticeably.

CLEAR2O® RV Replacement Water Filter – CPR1001 (Made in the USA)

What is the CPR1001?
The CPR1001 is a one-micron solid carbon block replacement filter for use in standard 10" x 2.5" canister housings. It delivers superior contaminant reduction and is proudly made in the USA.

What contaminants does the CPR1001 reduce?
The CPR1001 reduces chlorine, heavy metals, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), and eliminates sulfur taste and odor. Its high chemical absorptive capacity also reduces turbidity for clearer water.

Where is the CPR1001 used in a filtration system?
The CPR1001 is designed to be used as the carbon filtration stage — always after a sediment pre-filter (such as the CPP1002) that removes particulates. This sequence maximizes both filter performance and lifespan.

What system does the CPR1001 fit?
The CPR1001 fits any standard 10" x 2.5" canister housing, including the Clear2O® CSC100, CDC200, and CTC300 systems.

How do I know when to replace the CPR1001?
Replace the filter when water flow decreases noticeably, or if taste or odors return. Filter life varies based on local water quality and volume used. Do not use with microbiologically unsafe water, and never allow the filter to freeze.

CLEAR2O® RV Universal Advanced Solid Carbon Water Filter – CTO1102

What is the CTO1102?
The CTO1102 is a 5-micron solid carbon block filter made from 100% natural, renewable coconut-shell activated carbon. It fits standard 10" x 2.5" canister housings and is designed to serve as the finishing filter in a two-stage or multi-stage filtration system.

What does the CTO1102 filter?
The CTO1102 reduces chlorine, iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, herbicides, pesticides, other industrial chemicals, and turbidity. It also removes sediment, sand, silt, scale, and rust particles while significantly improving taste and odor.

How does the CTO1102 compare to the CPR1001?
Both are solid carbon block filters for 10" x 2.5" canister housings. The CPR1001 filters at 1 micron (finer filtration, lower flow rate) and is made in the USA. The CTO1102 filters at 5 microns (slightly faster flow, similar contaminant reduction for most applications). If you have particularly challenging water quality, the CPR1001's finer filtration may be preferable.

What canister systems is the CTO1102 compatible with?
The CTO1102 fits Clear2O® canister systems (CSC100, CDC200, CTC300) and any standard 10" x 2.5" canister housing.

Should I use the CTO1102 alone or with a pre-filter?
For best results, always pair the CTO1102 with a sediment pre-filter such as the CPP1002. The pre-filter removes particulates first, allowing the carbon block to focus on chemical contaminants and taste/odor improvement, extending the life of both filters.

Does the CTO1102 work in freezing conditions?
No. Do not allow the CTO1102 to freeze. Freezing can create micro-cracks in the carbon block that compromise filtration performance. Drain the housing before storing in cold conditions.

CLEAR2O® Advanced Premium Carbon Universal Filter – CUF1252

What is the CUF1252?
The CUF1252 is Clear2O®'s premium universal replacement filter, combining nano alumina and glass fiber technology with a carbon powder coating for exceptional contaminant capture. It is designed to serve as the final polishing stage in a multi-stage filtration system.

What makes the CUF1252 different from the CTO1102?
While the CTO1102 is a conventional solid carbon block, the CUF1252 uses an advanced nano-engineered membrane with positively charged nano fibers on a glass fiber substrate. Contaminants are attracted and trapped electrostatically as well as mechanically, resulting in superior capture rates at high flow compared to conventional filters. The CUF1252 filters to less than one micron.

What does the CUF1252 reduce?
The CUF1252 reduces chlorine taste and odor, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), sand, soil, rust, sediment, and other particulates. It complies with NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53.

How long does the CUF1252 last?
The CUF1252 provides up to 3–6 months of protection, depending on your local water quality and usage volume.

Where in a multi-stage system should I install the CUF1252?
The CUF1252 works best as the final stage of filtration — after a sediment pre-filter and a standard carbon block filter. In a three-stage system such as the CTC300, configure it as Stage 3 to polish the water after the earlier stages have removed sediment and bulk chemical contaminants.

Is the CUF1252 sold individually or in packs?
The CUF1252 is sold as a 2-pack.

CLEAR2O® RV Water Pressure Regulator – CPR500

Why do I need a water pressure regulator for my RV?
A water pressure regulator is one of the most important — and most overlooked — pieces of equipment an RVer can own. Unlike a home’s plumbing, which is engineered to handle high-pressure municipal water, an RV’s plumbing system is designed for a much lower operating range, typically between 40–60 psi. Campground water supplies are notoriously unpredictable: pressure can surge well above 100 psi without warning, especially during off-peak hours when fewer sites are drawing water. A single pressure spike is enough to burst a water line, blow a fitting, crack a water pump, or permanently damage an appliance such as a washing machine, dishwasher, or water heater. A pressure regulator installed at the spigot acts as a constant shield, ensuring that no matter what the campground delivers, only safe, steady pressure enters your RV.

What is the CPR500 and how does it work?
The CLEAR2O® CPR500 is a lead-free, all-brass hi-flow water pressure regulator that connects between the campground spigot and your RV water hose. It automatically reduces incoming water pressure to a safe level for your RV’s plumbing system, regardless of how high the source pressure is. The CPR500 also features a built-in screened filter that catches dust and particles before they enter your hose, providing an additional layer of protection. A soft-grip adjustment and textured body make it easy to install and fine-tune without tools.

Why does campground water pressure vary so much?
Campground water systems serve many sites simultaneously, and pressure fluctuates based on how many people are actively using water at any given moment. Early morning and late evening — when everyone is showering or cooking — pressure tends to drop as demand across the system rises. In the middle of the night when usage is minimal, that same system can deliver extremely high pressure with nowhere to go. Older campground infrastructure, worn pressure-control equipment, and varying water source elevations all contribute to this unpredictability. You simply cannot know what pressure is coming out of a spigot until you measure it, which is why we recommend always testing before connecting and monitoring throughout your stay.

What is the safe water pressure range for an RV?
Most RV plumbing systems and appliances are designed to operate safely between 40 and 60 psi (pounds per square inch). Sustained pressure above 60 psi stresses fittings, seals, and hoses; anything above 80 psi puts your plumbing at serious risk of failure. The CPR500 regulates incoming pressure down to a safe operating level for your system. If you are unsure of your RV manufacturer’s recommended pressure range, consult your owner’s manual or contact the manufacturer directly.

Where does the CPR500 install in my water connection setup?
The CPR500 connects directly to the campground spigot using standard ¾" garden hose threads — the same threads used by your RV water hose. For the best protection, it should be the very first thing attached to the spigot, before your water filters or hose. The recommended connection order is: Campground spigot → CPR500 Pressure Regulator → Water Filter(s) → RV water inlet. This sequence ensures that your filters and RV plumbing are never exposed to unsafe pressure.

Does using a pressure regulator protect my water filters too?
Yes — and this is a critical point. All CLEAR2O® inline filters, canister systems (CTFS8000, CSC100, CDC200, CTC300), and the DirtGUARD™ pre-filter (CPF1000) are designed to operate within a normal pressure range. A pressure spike that bypasses a regulator can physically rupture filter housings, crack carbon block media, and blow gaskets — damaging the filter and potentially sending debris into your water supply. Installing the CPR500 before your filter system is not optional; it is essential to protecting your entire water setup.

How do I know what pressure is coming from the campground spigot?
We recommend using a water pressure gauge (available at hardware stores) to test the spigot pressure before connecting your RV. Simply thread it onto the spigot, turn on the water, and read the pressure. This gives you a baseline reading, though it is important to remember that campground pressure can change throughout the day and night. The CPR500’s built-in pressure adjustment lets you dial in your preferred setting once you know the incoming pressure. Canister systems such as the CTC300 include glycerin-filled pressure gauges that allow you to monitor pressure continuously during your stay.

What are the key features of the CPR500?
The CPR500 is built for durability and convenience in a compact package. Key features include lead-free brass construction (rust-resistant and safe for drinking water contact), an all-brass internal mechanism, a textured grip body for a secure hold during installation, a soft-grip adjustment for easy pressure fine-tuning, a built-in screened inlet filter to trap dust and particles, and standard ¾" garden hose thread compatibility for universal fit.

Can high water pressure damage my water filters?
Yes. Excessive water pressure is one of the leading causes of premature filter failure. It can compress and fracture a solid carbon block, blow out filter gaskets, and cause housing cracks — all of which compromise filtration performance and can create leaks. Water filter warranty claims resulting from high-pressure damage are not covered, as this type of damage falls outside normal use conditions. Protecting your investment with the CPR500 is the single most effective preventive step you can take.

Is the CPR500 compatible with all CLEAR2O® filter systems?
Yes. The CPR500 uses standard ¾" garden hose threads and is compatible with all CLEAR2O® filter products, including the CRV2006, CRV1005, CPF1000 DirtGUARD™, CTFS8000, and canister systems (CSC100, CDC200, CTC300). It is also compatible with standard RV water hoses and most other brands of water filtration equipment.

Should I use a pressure regulator even if the campground says their water pressure is normal?
Absolutely. “Normal” is relative, and campground staff are not typically monitoring water pressure at individual spigots in real time. Even well-maintained parks experience transient pressure surges caused by sudden changes in demand across the system. We recommend treating a pressure regulator as non-negotiable standard equipment — no different than a seatbelt. The cost of the CPR500 is a fraction of even a minor plumbing repair, and it can save you from a vacation-ruining water emergency.

CLEAR2O® Personal Dual Water Filtration System – PWF850

Can I use the PWF850 to drink directly from a stream or lake?
Yes. The PWF850 is designed for drinking directly from open water sources such as streams and lakes. It reduces bacteria and parasites, preventing waterborne illness. It also eliminates bad taste and odors.

What is the filtration level?
The PWF850's hollow fiber membrane filters down to 0.1 microns.

How do I know when to backwash the filter?
The PWF850 includes a filter window to visually monitor filter condition, making it easy to determine when backwashing is needed.

Does the PWF850 work in freezing temperatures?
No. If the filter freezes, discard it immediately — freezing can crack the hollow fiber membrane and compromise its ability to block bacteria and parasites. Always have a backup plan when using in cold conditions.

What accessories are included with the PWF850?
The PWF850 includes a 1-liter collapsible, durable 3-ply reusable water bottle with a sport cap and carabiner.

CLEAR2O® TankFRESH™ Fresh Water Treatment Products

What does the TankFRESH product line do?
TankFRESH products clean, deodorize, and protect fresh water tanks, supply lines, and fixtures in RVs and boats. They are biodegradable and eco-friendly, offering a faster and more effective alternative to bleach-based treatments. The line is particularly useful for de-winterizing fresh water systems at the start of the season.

Do I need to empty my tank to use TankFRESH?
It depends on the product. The TankFRESH Tank & System Flush (TFG2064) requires the tank to be emptied and rinsed before refilling. The Shock Treatment (TFF2016) and Fresh Water Treatment (TFF1016) are added directly to existing water in the tank and are potable when used as directed.

What is the difference between the Shock Treatment and Fresh Water Treatment?
The Shock Treatment (TFF2016) is a stronger, more concentrated formula for use at the start of the season or when water has significant taste or odor issues. The Fresh Water Treatment (TFF1016) is a lighter maintenance formula for ongoing use once the tank has been sanitized. Both are bleach-free, salt-based, odorless, and tasteless when used as directed, and both protect against microbial growth for up to 90 days.

Do I need to drain my tank to use the Fresh Water Treatment (TFF1016)?
No. The TFF1016 is designed to remain in the tank water and is safe to drink when used as directed. Simply add the correct amount each time you top off your tank for ongoing protection. It is colorless and has no significant taste or odor.

How often should I sanitize my fresh water tank?
Full sanitization with the Tank & System Flush (TFG2064) is typically done once per year — at the start or end of the camping season. You should sanitize sooner if you suspect water quality issues or if your water was subject to a boil advisory. One gallon treats up to 100 gallons; flush completely, refill, and then add TFF1016 for ongoing maintenance (1 oz per 20 gallons each time you top off).

Is it normal to see bubbling after treatment?
Some bubbling during the rinse process is normal. Fill the tank completely and allow the bubbling to subside. When water runs clear from the sink faucet without significant bubbling, the rinse is complete. Rinse a second time if needed.

Are TankFRESH products safe for the environment?
Yes. All TankFRESH products are biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Do I need to use the aerator sink attachments?
Yes. The faucet aerator attachment is required for the pitcher to function. Please visit our Installation Guide at clear2o.com/pages/quick-installation-guides for detailed directions.

How do I remove the pitcher lid for cleaning?
Carefully lift the hose while holding the handle. To remove the lid assembly, use your index finger to lift the filter lid open. Grasp the top bar on the filter and pull straight up to disengage the lid from the pitcher.

How often should I replace the filter?
Replace the filter once 50 gallons have been filtered or when the filter indicator turns red, whichever comes first. Users with hard water should change their filter more frequently to maintain optimal performance.

I see black specks in the water reservoir. Is this a problem?
No. Small carbon particles occasionally loosen inside the filter and are harmless. They are not an indicator that it is time to change the filter. Continue following the standard 50-gallon / 2-month replacement schedule.

What water temperatures can I use?
There is no minimum water temperature. The maximum is 85°F (29°C). Never use hot water above this temperature, as it can damage the filter.

Is the pitcher made of recyclable material?
Yes. The CWS100 pitcher is BPA-free and made from recyclable ABS and AS plastic. For responsible recycling options, visit recyclenation.com.

Is the pitcher dishwasher-safe?
No. Hand-wash the pitcher, lid, and filter reservoir periodically. To clean the lid, dilute one teaspoon of white vinegar in a cup of water, soak a soft sponge in the solution, and wipe clean.

Can I store the pitcher in the refrigerator?
Yes. The CWS100 is refrigerator-safe.

How does the filter indicator work?
The intelligent filter indicator tracks total water volume filtered. It remains green for the first 40 gallons, turns yellow for the next 10 gallons, and turns red at 50 gallons — your signal to replace the filter. The indicator resets automatically each time a new filter is locked into place. Do not unlock and re-lock the filter unnecessarily, as this will reset the counter.

Do I need to flush the system after installing a new filter?
Yes. Fill and discard the first three pitchers of water after installing a new filter to flush out any residual carbon particles and purge air from the system.

Does the filter need to be soaked before first use?
No soaking is required.

What is the difference between model CWF100 and CWF500?
The CWF500 series is the updated model, reducing over 200 contaminants. The CWF100 has been discontinued and is no longer in production.

CLEAR2O® Gravity Water Filter Pitcher – GRP200

Does the GRP200 require a faucet connection?
No. The GRP200 uses gravity filtration with a wide pour-through lid, so no faucet installation is needed. Simply pour water into the top and let gravity do the work.

How often should I replace the filter?
The TRUE LIFE™ Filter Indicator on the GRP200 alerts you when 60 gallons have been filtered.

How many glasses does the pitcher hold?
The BPA-free GRP200 has a 48 oz. capacity, equivalent to 6 standard 8 oz. glasses.

The GRP200 filters at less than one micron, providing thorough contaminant reduction.

How long does it take to fill?
The GRP200 fills in approximately 2–3 minutes using gravity flow.

Does the GRP200 fit in a standard refrigerator door?
Yes. Its space-saving design is built to fit most refrigerator doors.

Why has my water flow slowed down?
Reduced flow is most often caused by the filter capturing particulates and contaminants over time. This is a normal sign the filter is working. If flow becomes very slow, it is likely time to replace the filter.

My water tastes fine — does that mean it is safe?
Not necessarily. Many harmful contaminants — including heavy metals, pesticides, and microbes — are tasteless and odorless. We recommend checking your local water supplier's Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) to understand what contaminants may be present in your water supply.

CLEAR2O® Countertop Water Filtration System – CCT2000

What is the filtration level for the CCT2000?
The CCT2000 uses a solid carbon block that filters at the one-micron level.

Does the CCT2000 require a faucet connection?
Yes. It connects to your faucet using the included adapter kit. It is not compatible with spray faucets.

Are tools required for installation?
No tools needed. The CCT2000 is designed for quick, easy installation by hand.

Can I switch between filtered and unfiltered water?
Yes. The built-in diverter lets you switch between filtered and unfiltered water on demand.

How do I remove the filter housing?
Unscrew the housing to access the filter. If it is difficult to remove due to over-tightening, apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to the threads before unscrewing. When reinstalling, tighten snugly — do not overtighten.

How long does the filter last?
Filter life varies depending on water quality and usage volume. Replace your filter when you notice a reduction in flow rate or a return of taste or odor issues.

What are the dimensions of the CCT2000?
The CCT2000 measures 12" H x 6" W x 4" D.

Can I use hot water with the CCT2000?
No. Use only cold, potable water. Hot water can damage the filter and reduce its effectiveness.

Returns

What is the return policy?
You may return any product in its original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We do not accept items that have been damaged, used, or are missing original parts or protective seals. Damaged-during-installation returns are not accepted. All opened or used filter cartridges are final sale due to health and sanitary reasons. No exceptions.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Clear2O® shipped an item in error. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I initiate a return?
Email support@clear2o.com with your contact information, a description of the issue, photos or video, and a copy of your receipt to request an RMA number. Product will not be accepted without a confirmed RMA number. Please allow 5 business days for exchange processing.

What are the packaging requirements for returns?
Returned items must be in original, intact packaging — including all boxes, bags, inserts, labels, and the owner’s manual. Vacuum-sealed or otherwise non-resealable packaging cannot be accepted once opened. Pack returns securely to prevent damage in transit, and include all required information as instructed.
